Fair Lawn Face Shields

Free 3D printed face shields for first responders

Daniel and I wanted to give you all a sincere thank you. With confidence, I can say that we achieved our goal of providing free high-quality PPE to as many people as possible during the height of the pandemic. The team would not have been able to accomplish this without the support of GoFundMe supporters. Furthermore, I would like to thank my father and sister for helping us produce face shields in blistering heat and with broken air conditioners. In spite of the fact that production has ceased, we still have many face shields available, so if you need one, please fill out the form below.

Free PPE for emergency services and healthcare workers

First responders and hospitals were lacking adequate personal protective equipment during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic. So we came to help. Daniel and I created face shields using 3D printers with the intention of giving them away for free to healthcare personnel and emergency service organizations. As part of our design, we adapted Prusa Inc's face shield design and included sanitization in our space through methods verified by Labtech and SYNLAB. The shields were also sealed in plastic to prevent the growth of bacteria and shipped to hundreds of organizations across the United States. The project resulted in the production and delivery of over 1000 face shields. There are still a few left, so if you are interested, please click on the link below to access the application.
