What is myAccount?

myAccount is a single access point for secure online services for individuals. myAccount enables you to access PAYE services (including Jobs and Pensions), Local Property Tax, Home Renovation Incentive and many more services using a single login and password. You can also update your personal details, review your tax affairs, make payments and apply for certain tax reliefs and incentives.

Who can register?

  • PAYE taxpayers
  • LPT taxpayers
  • Business customers, including
    those who have an active
    digital certificate for ROS
  • New taxpayers

What can I do?

PAYE Services

Allows you to manage your tax record, claim credits, declare income, submit a return and register your new job or pension. Use “Review your tax” to get a Statement of Liability. Use “Manage your tax” to get a Tax credit certificate.

Property and Land Services

Allows you to access your Local Property Tax (LPT) records, file or pay your LPT/Household Charge (HHC), claim tax relief on the renovation of a property, claim mortgage interest relief, view or start your Help To Buy application and register sites or file returns etc. for Residential Zoned Land Tax.

Vehicles Services

Allows you to apply for tax relief on adapted vehicles, claim fuel grant and upload a VRT Certificate of Conformity. You can also use the VRT Calculator to estimate VRT due on a car, small commercial vehicle or motor cycle and estimate any repayment of VRT due on the export of a car.

Payments/Repayments Services

Allows you to make payments online for most tax types and view your payments history. You can also make repayment claims and check status of submitted claims for specific VAT repayments for unregistered persons or Mineral Oil Tax paid by certain sectors.

Manage My Record

Allows you to access a range of services to manage and update your record and make enquiries.

ROS Services

Allows you to sign in to your ROS account to access services not available in myAccount. You can also get a new ROS certificate if you forget your password or your certificate is lost or expired and access online help and guidance on ROS facilities.
