2018 - Appeared and started in 51 games at second base for the Lions as a junior...finished the season tied for second in doubles (10), third in put-outs (114), tied for fourth in at-bats (151), runs scored (23), and walks (10), fifth in slugging percentage (.384), on-base percentage (.329), batting average (.285), total bases (58), hits (43), and RBIs (16)...scored a season-high three runs in two wins versus Mankato (3/16) and Southwest Baptist (3/28)...she hit her lone home run of the season against Mankato...produced four three-hit games for a season-high for hits in a game...recorded a triple at Texas A&M-Commerce (2/26). 

Prior to Southern - Ferrari comes to Southern from Alleman Catholic HS before attending Kirkwood Community College...was a member of the Kirkwood CC team that finished the 2016 season with a 58-6 record and finished tied for fifth place at the NJCAA D-II National Championships in Clinton, Mississippi...as a freshman for the Eagles, Ferrari appeared in 59 games with 70 hits, 15 doubles, and 12 walks with a batting average of .398 and an on base percentage of .491...Prior to Kirkwood, Ferrari played four years as second base for Alleman Catholic HS and Coach Mike Ebner...while playing for the Pioneers, Ferrari was a three-time first team All-Conference, All-Metro Area, and All-Western Big 6 selection and was an Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Class 2A All-State selection in 2014 while helping the Pioneers to their first state title in 14 years...also earned honorable mention All-Conference honors as a setter for Alleman Catholic.
 
Personal - The daughter of Neil and Heather Ferrari, Lexi plans to major in accounting at Southern.
