Duration
We allow a year to study CELA, but most people will be ready to sit their exam within 6 months.
Assessment
After completing the online training, when ready, you’ll sit a multiple-choice online exam. This is an independent test through ABBE.
Fees
The training is free for Rightmove members. There is a fee of £170 (plus VAT) to sit the independent final exam provided by ABBE.
Propertymark approved – what does this mean?
After a vigorous review from an external assessor, the Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents (CELA) has been approved by Propertymark.
Agents who pass the independently adjudicated final CELA exam can now apply to join Propertymark’s ARLA or NAEA associations and will be able to add MNAEA & MARLA post-nominals after their name.
Alongside CELA’s Ofqual regulated status, this means that home-movers can be even more confident that they can trust a Rightmove qualified agent.
