Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The minimum age for this event is 8 years old. All attendees will require a ticket, regardless of age.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
• All parking will be in the Public Car Park. Please follow the relevant yellow AA signs.
• The car park will be open from 4:30pm and Gates for entry to the village will open from 5pm
A small number of first come first served accessible tickets are available to be booked online.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Personal belongings and baggage subject to search.
Alcohol, glass bottles and sharp objects are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted.
The use of mobile phones and cameras are permitted during the Hero Challenge. For further information please refer to the European Tour Mobile phone policy.
No dogs (other than guide dogs) or other animals are permitted in the arena. All promotional, commercial, political, religious or offensive items of whatever nature including, but not limited to, clothing, banners, signs, symbols and leaflets are prohibited. The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, signs, safety announcements, directions of stewards and ground regulations whilst attending the event. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the venue or event management to revoke this ticket and to eject the holder without compensation.
Please note the venue is open to the elements so you are recommended to bring warm weather waterproof clothing.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets are non-transferable. Any transfer of this ticket will render it void. The ticket remains the property of the event at all times.
