Resources for HEIs on Hosting U.S. Scholars and Students

Fulbright Finland Foundation organized a Workshop on Best Practices in Hosting U.S. Students and Visiting Scholars on August 20, 2019. Visit our website for resources on hosting and newly generated ideas for welcoming U.S. scholars and students!

The workshop was funded by the USA Study Abroad within the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, U.S. Department of State.

American Voices Seminar at the University of Turku

The 27th American Voices seminar provides an opportunity to learn about various aspects of the American society and culture through the experiences of American Fulbright grantees currently in Finland.

This year the presentations explore Southern expressions, pizza, American holidays and regional cultures across the U.S. The full program wil be published soon.

The seminar is open to the public and free of charge. Welcome!

The seminar is organized by the Fulbright Finland Foundation in cooperation with the John Morton Center and the Department of English at the University of Turku with financial support from the U.S. Embassy in Helsinki.

Fulbright Finland Foundation is going to the European Association for International Education (EAIE) annual conference right here in Helsinki.

Visit us Thursday, September 26, 14.30-16.00 as we present a poster session: "Sharing expertise and building partnerships through the Fulbright Speaker Program".
