Please note, the Village Hall is managed by a group of volunteers and someone will respond to an email or telephone call as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY BOOKING REQUEST MADE WITHOUT A BOOKING FORM WILL BE PROVISIONAL FOR 7 DAYS. If no booking form has been received within that time, the provisional booking will cancelled and the slot opened up again

CALENDAR
Please visit the Village Hall Calendar to see the availability of the Village Hall rooms (Main Hall and Munson Room) or the Pavilion.
The session times are as follows:
Morning Session: 08:30 - 12:30
Afternoon Session: 13:00 - 17:00
Evening Session: 18:00 - 22:00 (Monday to Friday)
Saturday Evening Session: 18:00 - 23:45 (hires that involve celebration, dance and music.)
EVENT TO TERMINATE NO LATER THAN 23:00 to allow 45 minutes clear up and guests time to vacate the hall.
(This is to comform with the premises licence and consideration for local residents)
Sunday Evening hire is not available

CHILDREN'S PARTIES
If inflatables i.e. bouncy castles to be used, Booking Clerk must be advised at time of booking and liability insurance certificate must be presented to Booking Clerk prior to hire.
INFLATABLES ARE PERMITTED WITH PRIOR AGREEMENT WHILST BOOKING. DIMENSIONS ARE: HEIGHT TO CROSS BEAM 3.3 METERS, LENGTH OF CROSS BEAM AT THIS HEIGHT 4 METERS AND SPACE BETWEEN CROSSBEAMS 3.7 METERS. PLEASE FOLLOW THE IMAGE GUIDE WHICH CAN BE FOUND AT Booking - Alresford Village Hall (e-voice.org.uk)
A Registered Charity (number 301233) run by Trustees in providing a community Village Hall for residents to use for functions and regular events.
This superbly equipped and well maintained building is a perfect venue for many different funtions.
Whether is be a party or wedding reception, the well equipped kitchen would cater for most needs on a DIY basis or in conjuction with outside caterers.
We have a wide variety of regular user groups who use the hall and welcome any new ventures with open arms.
The Hall is also a perfect venue for one off events and can be hired for as little as £17.00.
