About this event

The new Nursing Associate role was created to bridge the gap between health and care assistants and registered nurses, freeing up registered nurses to focus on complex clinical care and providing a progression route into registered nurse training.

In October 2020 the Health & Social Care Workforce Unit (HSCWRU) at King's College London published three early reports from an NIHR funded study examining the introduction of the Nursing Associate role. This webinar is an opportunity to hear about and discuss these early research findings.

The three new reports are available on the study webpage at: www.kcl.ac.uk/research/nursing-associates
