Bumblebees & Wildlife Filming – The Isles of Scilly

Monday 30 September, 11.00 am – 3.00 pm, Carn Gwaval, St Mary’s

This unmissable two-part event comprises a workshop on bumblebees and the opportunity to make your own wildlife film. 

Dr Grace Twiston-Davies will be leading a workshop on bumblebees and their behaviour, demonstrating how scientists are using this knowledge to help pollinators thrive across farmland. Representatives from the Cornwall Film Festival will be delivering a hands-on filmmaking workshop. It will be an opportunity to make your own wildlife film using little more than the smartphone in your pocket.
