Partner Countries

The formulation and implementation of NAPs is a country-driven process, which is why FAO and UNDP are working with representatives in Ministries of Agriculture and Environment in addition to UNFCCC focal points in Colombia, Gambia, Guatemala, Nepal, Kenya, the Philippines, Thailand, Uganda, Uruguay, Viet Nam and Zambia. Each partner country’s climate change adaptation concerns are different and so our support is tailored to help each country address their specific climate change adaptation concerns related to the agriculture sectors.
