WHAT IS THE CORNWALL & SW HEALTH & CLIMATE RESILIENCE NETWORK?
We're a very friendly and determined network of progressive minded clinicians, community and health professionals. We're working from within the community sector via Volunteer Cornwall, funded by the Cornwall Isles of Scilly ICB and SW Greener NHS. Our mission is to build climate and ecological resilience by joining the dots between human and planetary health; and we do that by relentlessly making good change contagious. We're all about enabling our health systems to move from only a sickness treatment to also a health creation model, and getting everyone in our communities involved!
We run the Cornwall Greener Practice Network, part of the fabulous UK Greener Practice Network, and support activity across the whole region - and connect all the live wires between primary and secondary care; statutory and third sectors; and climate and nature.
