Our clients in this sector include listed companies, principal shareholders, AIM nominated advisers, corporate finance houses and brokers. We radvised boohoo.com on its $20m acquisition of Nasty Gal and acting for the shareholders of PrettyLittleThing when then online retailer purchased a majority stake in the business.
