Birth Record of Chwala ROCHMAN, AKT #626 recorded in Lublin in 1913.
It appears her mother, Judesa ROCHMAN nee TENENBAUM presented the child as opposed to the father. I see the father's name (Kofman) recorded farther down in the record.

Is this a delayed birth? I'm interested in the date of birth and any information related to the parents.
Thanks!

4/13/2020 3:12 PM Chvula was born on Jan 14/27 1905 at 7 am by the woman Judesa Rochman nee Tenenbaum, 38 yo living on Lyublin.
the father is Kofman Rochman tailor, 37 yo, being away, absent...
the delayed declaration is not justifyed.

(SHE appeared to the officer and declared it 8.5 years later, om Aug 8/21 1913, being 38 years old. Means, she had been 30 giving birth.- j.a.
I translate a lot of such documents and this is the first time the woman appeared to the officer.
What does it mean him "being absent"?. as I understand the Russian word he is not just doesn't want to come or is ill... it means he is not in the town, went away.
Rather rare strange name he had, Kofman, hadn't he?)
