Second, our Campus Lab programme allows students to work together in multinational teams, to challenge themselves and gain real-world experience in solving complex issues, all whilst receiving valuable mentorship from top experts across Vodafone. We have announced Vodafone Group’s preliminary results for the 2024 financial year: - Group organic service revenue increased by +6.3%, and we are now delivering growth in all of our markets across Europe and Africa. - Vodafone Germany, our largest business, returned to growth - We saw continued acceleration in B2B revenue throughout the year, with Vodafone Business FY24 service revenue +5.0%. - Adjusted EBITDAaL increased by 2.2% like-for-like. - Strategic successes over the year included: ▶️ Customers: €140m invested in improving customer experience. Now lead, or co-lead, net promoter scores in 5 out of 9 European markets. ▶️ Simplicity: New organisational structure and management team in place. ▶️ Growth: Re-shaped Vodafone’s European footprint with sales agreed of businesses in Spain and Italy, and a merger between Vodafone UK and Three UK to increase competition and deliver better 5G networks for UK customers. Our CEO, Margherita Della Valle said: “A year ago, I set out my plans to transform Vodafone, including the need to right-size Europe for growth. Since then, we have announced a series of transactions and we are now delivering growth in all of our markets across Europe and Africa. Much more still needs to be done in the year ahead. We will step-up investment in our customer experience, improve our underlying performance in Germany and accelerate our momentum in Business, whilst also continuing to simplify our operations throughout the group. Together with Nokia, we are taking #OpenRAN to new heights in Italy 📶⛰️ We have successfully completed a three-month Open RAN trial across a live 5G standalone (#5GSA) test network in the towns of Arcisate and Sernio on the fringes of The Alps in Northern Italy. Open RAN masts at these sites were connected back to our main test centre in Milan over our high speed, high capacity 5G SA network, which also uses Nokia technology. That's not all.
