We were founded in 2000 with the specific focus of providing services and expertise to organisations looking to implement and leverage Oracle HCM. This is our heritage and we have been building strongly on this in recent years. We have also come a long way since 2000. Today we believe that all customers should be able to make their business applications work harder for them to support their Digital Transformation whilst providing the returns and the outcomes they expect. Everything we do supports this belief. As well as our award-winning Oracle Practice, we have a leading end-to-end Managed Services Practice that our customers describe as ‘Truly Next Generation’. We specialise across our business in HCM, ERP/Financials and Procurement, SCM and EPM Cloud and on premise providing all manner of services including greenfield and module implementations, Applications Support, Testing as a Service, and Process Improvement. Not only that, our Fully Managed Payroll Service, Symply Pay, is one of the only ones on the Oracle platform. Due to the way that we have grown since our inception all of our services have been organically created through customer demand. We truly listen and build lasting partnerships with our customers, reflected in our outstanding NPS (Net Promoter) scores.
