Please complete this form if you are interested in more information on any of the PTO committees or activities. We'd love to share what we do, and have more volunteers.

**Committees do require more than 2 hours of time commitment.**

Activities can be much shorter in duration, such as working a shift at the Book Fair or providing a dish for Conference Meals.

PTO is for ALL parents of Brookview Elementary students. There are no dues. Help where you can! Thanks!
