Homeless Connect Toronto has been helping individuals impacted by homelessness connect directly to resources and supports in the community since 2013. Navigating supports when you’re experiencing homelessness can be so challenging, especially when the system can be so fragmented and confusing.
Homeless Connect Toronto collaborates with individuals, frontline staff, community agencies and businesses easier - one connection at a time. We bridge the gap and connect our clients directly to the services they need.
Whether you are seeking supports for yourself, friends or family members, a community member, or working in the social service sector, we’d love to get connected to you through any of our programs.
Our Programs
We offer multiple programs focused on providing direct connection and dignifying supports so that we can help end homelessness in Toronto.
One Stop Shop Events
We host a large one-stop-shop event every October and smaller Community Connect events in different neighbourhoods in Toronto throughout the year.

Our 24/7 direct connection portal is now live! Connect with resources and service providers outside of our events.

PeerConnectTO
We train and hire PeerConnectors to provide one-on-one support to other peers with lived experience of homelessness.

Awareness Events
We believe knowledge and understanding homelessness can lead to change. We host awareness events and offer speaking engagements.

Journeys to Home
We captured first-person stories of what makes a home - and gathered ideas of what tangible changes we need to get there. We share it back so we can all learn together.
