This Privacy Notice describes how LeasePlan collects and uses your personal information when you use the LeasePlan Whisleblowing Hotline (the “Services”). In this notice, personal information means information that (either in isolation or in combination with other information) enables you to be directly or indirectly identified. For the purposes of the Services, LeasePlan is the controller and Convercent by OneTrust is the processor.
What personal data is collected when using the Services?
The personal data collected depends on the type of report submitted. You are in control of the personal data collected and processed, based on whether you wish to share your contact information, remain anonymous towards us, or remain completely anonymous. If you wish to remain completely anonymous, you should ensure that no personal data is provided in free text fields.
Who will process my personal data?
The Services are run by an independent third party, Convercent by OneTrust. Depending on the type of report you submit, we may also process your personal data for the purposes below.
Why is my personal data being processed?
Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of investigating your report and taking any necessary remedial action.
