At Evercare, and at all our sites, we are committed to conducting business with integrity wherever we are operating. If you report an issue or concern we will follow it up.
After we receive a report we will find the most appropriate person within Evercare or the relevant site to deal with the issue raised.
You can always check back into the system to see what has happened.
Raising an issue is not always easy. As human beings, we don’t like being seen to complain or bring bad news.. We may also worry about retaliation. But, if we ignore inappropriate behaviour or something that is wrong, we accept it. Our integrity as a company, and as individuals, is critical to our success.
There are multiple ways for you to raise a concern, whether it is directly to your manager, to a senior leader or by using the Helpline.
I encourage you to be courageous and speak up, if you see something you don’t feel is right.
