We want everyone to have the opportunity to share their experience with us, including those who have English as a second language, young people* and people who may find completing the form online difficult.


The survey for individuals is available in: English, Welsh, Arabic Polish, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Gujarati, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

Please be aware that we are reaching out to different communities and ages to ensure the commission is diverse and inclusive.

We especially want to have experiences from wider Black Minority and South Asian communities and men.
