Job summary
The Bolton Mental Health Directorate has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to apply for this role within the Bolton Directorate. This post is advertised as 37.5 hours permanent position is to support the directorate in maintaining its excellent administration in line with a recent review of its provisions. Currently based at Breightmet Health Centre, this role will be within the Old Age Community Mental Health Team and Memory Assessment Team. The post holder will carry out day to day administrative duties within a very busy office environment, as well as being responsible for providing relevant managers with vital information relating to targets, ensuring accurate, up to date recording of patient information on both Health and Social Care systems, for staff across a range of disciplines. Reception cover on a rota basis may also be required. This is a full time position of 37.5 hours and may require the post holder to travel to other sites within the directorate and other Trust locations as and when required.
