Job summary

Bolton Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) Service is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to lead our established multi-disciplinary team. The ASC team provides post-diagnostic support to Autistic adults (without Learning Disabilities).

Main duties of the job

The successful person will be required to support and develop the team's activities to deliver a quality post-diagnostic service to the client group. This includes 1:1 work, group work and short-term case management for service users with complex needs. There are opportunities to gain a broad range of experience and to develop specialist clinical skills.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has experience of managing staff and who holds a relevant professional qualification e.g. Nursing, Social Work, O.T, Speech and Language therapy, or Psychology. Other essential qualities include being able to demonstrate a positive attitude to change and service development. You will be required to manage the team day-to-day whilst also working closely with stakeholders to develop strong links across local services for Autistic adults.
