Information about the previous study:

''As a participant in the research (Understanding student wellbeing from technology assisted journaling), you will participate in four experimental sessions. Each session is conducted on a different week in person at the University of Cambridge in the Computer Laboratory (in 15 JJ Thomson Ave, Cambridge CB3 0FD) (each lasting in average 25 min).

All the sessions will be audio and video recorded, additionally we will collect physiological data with the help of small wearable sensors that detect your heart rhythm and electrodermal activity. This project aims at assessing the viability of using technology in identifying mental health status change in students over time.

Participating in this study does not entail risks greater than those ordinarily encountered in daily life. In addition to the incentive provided, you will be contributing to the project, university, and researchers that are conducting research that aims to improve wellbeing research. Moreover, there will be an opportunity to freely join a 2 hours psychophysiology tutorial (is the branch of psychology that is concerned with the physiological bases of psychological processes) which will be given by the researcher who is trained in this field. The tutorial will be about the foundational science and practical application of Heart Rate Variability and Electrodermal Activity with a focus on data that is attainable to experimental settings. You can find similar training in the field in the following links for reference ( link1: http://bit.ly/3L0CbGt, link2: http://bit.ly/3YpRDz3 .
