Call for Abstracts

Abstract submission

Please submit your abstract through this form. Deadline for the abstract submission is March 17, 2023.

You can submit an abstract to be considered for a poster or oral (10-min talks or 4-min quick talks) presentation. If your abstract will be selected for an oral presentation, you may have a poster presentation as well. Only one abstract per presenting author can be submitted. There is no abstract fee. You are not required to register for the conference prior to submitting your abstract. However, if your abstract is selected for the BrainSTIM conference, the presenting author must register to the conference. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference program.

We will inform about the abstract acceptance by March 24, 2023. Authors who submitted their abstract by March 3 will be informed about the acceptance on March 10, latest.

If you apply for the 9th Science Factory: TMS–EEG Summer School and Workshop, please do not fill the abstract submission form on this page. BrainSTIM abstract submission is included in the Science Factory application form. The BrainSTIM abstract is considered separately from the Science Factory application: even if you are not accepted for the Science Factory, your abstract for BrainSTIM can be accepted.

If you already applied for the Science Factory and wish to also submit an abstract for BrainSTIM, you can use the form on this page. In this case, please send an email to brainstim2023(at)aalto.fi so that we can connect your Science Factory application and BrainSTIM abstract.
