I enjoyed this book, although it took me some time to become fully invested into Gregory and his own Willow Girl. We met Gregory in the first two books by this author. I saw that this is considered a stand-alone but to be honest.. I feel you need to read; “Torn” and “Taken” to get the history of what went on between Gregory, his Brother ( Sebastian), and Helena ( Sebastian’s wife). Without having all of their history, I just can’t see how a reader would be able to fully become engaged into the story!

I did enjoy that there was a mystery thrown into the history of the house that Gregory bought for him and Amelia. It adds to the other suspense that is going on in the story. The main reason I wasn’t able to give this a five star was because I felt Gregory was not as hard as he came across in the other books. On the whole, this book wasn’t nearly as dark as the other ones, and I felt that it should have been. Gregory was such a tormented soul, and bitter... and yes... it came out a bit like that in his character... but not as much as it should have!
Obviously, it could be my own expectations of what his story should have been that made me slightly disappointed... Even in saying that though, I did enjoy the story enough to give it a four star rating!!!

One night, one ancient ritual, changed the lives of so many forever. In Taken and Torn, we watched Sebastian and Helena fight, eventually succumb, and love wholeheartedly. Their passion couldn't die, no matter how unlikely their happily ever after seemed. We also witnessed Gregory's loneliness and his deep longing for some of that. Some of anything. Someone to call his own.

I will reap my own Willow Girl.

When we last saw Gregory, he was hurt, broken and angry. He also had a plan - Amelia Willow. What he didn't expect was to find someone who was just as broken as him, who mirrored his same longing. Both were obsessed with the reaping and it was always meant to come to this.

It's wrong.
I'm wrong.
Perverse.
Twisted.

Natasha Knight gave us a story that fed us the almost convoluted thoughts of a man and made us understand his motives. Gregory was always hard to ignore and he was the clear star in this story. I loved how surprised he was about his feelings and how the author showcased how he came to terms with all that he'd been through. Twisted was sexy and intense and only reaffirmed my love for the bad guy.

I’ve been intrigued and attracted to Gregory since he first appeared in Taken. So when I learned that he was getting his own book I was ecstatic. I am happy to say his story didn’t disappoint.

Gregory and Amelia are so perfect for each other. They both share an obsession towards an event that happens in Taken and have demons of their own, but together they overcome them. The chemistry and sexual tension is off the charts from the start. You can feel the desperation, need and eventually love between them.

If you are looking for a sexy, sensual, slightly dark romance then this book is for you.

Note: I highly recommend you read Taken and Torn first, so you can fully understand the motivations and events in this book.

Hmm...I knew that Gregory Scafoni's story would be, at least challenging...
He was a very complex and tormented character, searching for revenge, filled with rage and inexplicable need to be tormented by the past, betrayal, hurt, rejection, confusion, rage and all is linked to the legacy, the reaping of the Willow Girl.

The starting point on which Gregory acts, is NOT really a good one. He's all of the above and more, and he has this crazy pull to punish everyone for the way he feels, so yeah, he's plan to find himself another Willow Girl, ends up with more tormenting feel that he ever thought possible.

Amelia Willow, would be his demise

and the turmoil of actions and reactions, feelings and emotions is not enough to provide a vivid image of what went on in their souls, when their bodies excelled in carnal punishment for each other.
It's wrong.
I'm wrong.
Perverse.
Twisted.

They are both obssessed with the past...the legacy of their two families haunting them, ruining them both...
The night of the reaping fucked with all of us. I don't think any of us realized it then....No one knew that it would break us. Tear us all apart.

It 's a fucked up road ahead.

Amelia Willow haunted by the event, by the destiny her older sister Helena endured but has found her happy end at last, as much as it's unexpected. Amelia is trying to escape her own demons, haunted by that night, haunted by her own inner discrepancies, she feels out of place, like she doesn't belong and like her life is destined by the life of her sister, the first Willow Girl.

She just wants to belong...but she fells like she doesn't belong anywhere...or to anyone...and when Gregory Scafoni takes his own right and picks her, she will fight her inner battles of feeling right while doing wrong, feeling ecstatic by doing dirty with the man she should NOT want, she should NOT need...but she does.

And the fact that this man is tormented by the supposed feels for her sister Helena, is another dagger of eternal doubt in her broken heart, she would never be enough for him, and her desperate tries to look like her older sister only makes things worse....
"I'll give you anything you ask for", she says.
"I can take anything I want.".
"But what you want most is for me to give it to you."

And Amelia does just that. She gives it all, even though she's torn apart by the doubts, by the unfairness of the characters in play but it was actually he last attempt to find love for herself, even though the man would never love her back...or that's what she believes....

BUT she doesn't realize that the changing path happened for Gregory too, and the most incredible, utterly undeniable thing captured their hearts - in the desperate need to get rid of the ashes of the past, the betrayal and hurt, neither of them get it - that she's been the RIGHT ONE from the start.

She was the RIGHT Willow Girl for Gregory Scafoni.

Natasha Knight is one of my favorite ladies that writes tormented, complicated, dark heroes and heroines that get their ways with them, through hardship and push and pull, while trying to remain dignity, sense and reason in, sometimes, questionable, dubious and utmost challenging situations, crossroads of life altering decisions and actions and still, they all fight their own inner demons, only to be found again, in one another intertwined by the wines of united strength, soldified with passion, emotions and intensity.

These characters aren't any different, but still I found just a tiny bit fissure in their bond and I truly needed that for me to have a closed mosaic. I felt like there wasn't enough time, for Gregory and Amelia, to find their mutual bond that transpasses the past, and the doubts, and all the hurt.

But nevertheless, this is, still Natasha Knight at her best in writing as it gets edgier and sofisticatingly precise with each book she writes next.

And I can't wait for her next endavour.

Twisted by Natasha Knight
GENRE: Dark Romance
NARRATION: Dual POV
BOOK DETAILS: Book 3 in the Series

MY REVIEW
We got a taste of Gregory and Emelie in the Dark Legacy Duet Twisted is their story.
I am so glad to see Gregory get his own Willow Girl and Happily Ever After! My heart broke for him in the first two books where he was left angry, hurt and alone.
Dark, sexy and mysterious, Gregory ticks all the alpha male bad boy boxes. He is brutal, broken and so unforgiving you will love to hate him.
This book has a mystical feel about it with paranormal aspects intertwined within the story. I really enjoyed this twist, it added so much more layers to the darkness within.
Amelia Willow is brave but just as broken as Gregory, piece by piece they are able to put one another back together. Their love is so ferocious, so desperate, so passionate that you cannot help but fall in love along with them.
Twisted is another great masterpiece by Natasha Knight, I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next.

I loved Gregory! Natasha Knight manages to bring to life his story with such vivid details that it will draw you in and you will not want to put it down for anything!
There are plenty of steamy scenes in the book and a fantastic story also, but I don't like to give much away as I feel I may spoil it for some people.
Amelia has an interesting dynamic with her sister. I loved that this book was so different from anything I have read, it proves that love can be equally beautiful and painfully ugly at the same time.
The author absolutely blew my mind with the story.

“We were never strangers. History saw to that.”

Twisted was perfect. Gregory, lonely Greg had me curious when I read Natasha Knight's Dark Duet, and his and Amelia's story utterly captivated me.

The way the author approached those two scarred characters touched me. The symmetry of them was astounding, they truly were the perfect match. Their obsession for Helena,  their fascination for that faithful night that altered their lives was tangible, their darkness and pain were palpable.

"Memories are a curse. To remember is cruel. And I can’t ever seem to forget."

I loved Amelia's fire, the way they couldn't stop pushing each other's buttons, setting the rooms ablaze with their incredible chemistry. Jealousy swirls with rage, betrayal with hurt.

Trough raw and beautiful scene, scorching hot and tender moments, the plot unveils at a fast-paced rhythm the last fragments of the twisted truths, when eventually and superbly the story comes full circle.

"This is for us. For him and me. Blood and tears and pain and hate."

I VOLUNTARILY REVIEWED AN ARC COPY OF THIS BOOK. THANK YOU!!!

One night--a moment in time but life times in the making--irrevocably twisted together the lives of both Gregory and Amelia. Neither can forget, or heal. Both are haunted. Both are broken. One wants to move on and one just wants his own Willow Girl.

Oh Gregory, Gregory.....Gregory! You remained an enigma to me through Taken and Torn, Were you bad? Were you good? I had hope that you'd be able to escape the perversion that seems to run in your genes. I watched you bend to it, run from it, and then, in Twisted, I watched you cave to it. I watched you take your own Willow Girl. But what you didn't count on, was Amelia and that maybe, just maybe, she wasn't who you expected and that you weren't the man you believed yourself to be.

A perverse and twisted family curse binds the Scafoni men and the Willow women. For generations both families have caved to this curse, believing they had no choice or as I believe, used this curse as an excuse to act on their darkest desires. Greed, Power and lust are impressive forces and never bring out the best in human behavior.

Twisted is an impassioned, disturbing, and touching story of two people, two families, learning to navigate their perverted family history, to make their own choices, and begin the process of accountability and healing. I suspect this family's story isn't over. There is still so much left to understand and characters left to hold accountable. ;)

I hate being that reader saying oh I needed this book-kind of like I wanted to force the author to write Gregory’s story even if she didn’t have it In her-but after finishing, I’m throwing my hands up in praises thanking Natasha Knight for giving us more of the screwed up Willow girls’s world and how it connects with Gregory-who was left torn to pieces after Helena and Sebastian’s journey.
This book was AMAZING-it was SUPER dark, delicious, and gave us the closure on a supporting character that we needed deep in our bones. I connected with both Gregory and the heroine, because the writing style is just simply amazing. I’m such a HUGE fan of this authors ability to just take raw emotion morph it into monsters that we love to hate. MUST READ!!

Twisted by Natasha Knight is the story of Gregory and Amelia which we meet in the previous books, Taken and Torn. This is their story which can be a standalone book, but I do feel you would enjoy this one more reading the other books to understand them better. Gregory was our tragic hero wanting something that he never really had...love. Amelia too was a tragic heroine that was looking for more. Both broken but together they started to heal and find what they both needed. This has been a dark romance but it still has moving parts that just want them to find their happiness. I have really enjoyed this series and will be looking for more books from this author. Loved it.

OMG. I need to catch my breath. I have literally been obsessed with the Scafoni brothers since Taken and Torn and knew that Gregory Scafoni would have an amazing story to tell. Lord did he deliver and then some!! Like all Natasha Knight stories, Twisted was sexy, intense and full of moments that completely took me by surprise. I was addicted from the first page and loved how emotionally compelling this story was. I never wanted this story to end!

Without giving away any spoilers, you MUST read Taken and Torn before you read Twisted. It is now months after Torn and Gregory Scafoni has immersed himself in another Willow girl's life - Amelia Willow. Like the Scafoni boy he is, he decides he wants a Willow girl for himself, but he is unprepared for the depth of feelings he would develop for Amelia and how similar they both are to one another.

I absolutely adored how Knight was able to highlight how broken, lonely and damaged Amelia and Gregory were, respectively, but how together, they found the missing pieces they have always been searching for all along. He was darkness and she was light and together they banished the shadows in their past. Gah!! Once again, Knight wrote an amazing story that kept me spellbound and hooked to the very last page. Bravo! 5 stars! ~Ratula

I really really liked this one! It didn't felt so dark as the other two, but still it had some dark touches to it.

I never really found Gregory evil, maybe that says a lot about me or I just see all the good in people!

Amelia is strong but also isn't like she wanted to be strong with her hair but then she sees his look and suddenly it's "oops". Maybe that's just my problem but that bothered me a bit.

Overall it was fantastic there are some minor details I would've wanted a bit more info about. Like Greg's mom what a piece of work that woman is. I want to see where she is know.
It was a fantastic series and one I will look back to many times!

3 Stars At Most.

It was 'Okay'
Not really all that dark. A bit twisted would be more accurate.
The adult sex scenes were steamy but I would not consider them 'Erotic'.
The unusual elements added to this one didn't ever get fully fleshed out.
And there are still a lot of things from the 'Original' Duet that did not get answered but WERE brought up in this story.

Overall, I'm a bit disappointed. The pacing was slow. Too much about nothing.

Okay so I was waiting to read Gregory's story and its was soo good. My only complaint is I wanted more of Gregory and Amelia. I wanted more depth in their chemistry and story. It's just felt bit flat for me. Overall it was a good read and fast paced. the ending felt bit rushed too but epilouge made it better.

"I am no white knight. I am not your friend. I didn’t do this out of the goodness of my heart. You and me, this was always going to happen."

Natasha Knight is truly one of my favourite dark romance authors. Her writing creeps into your heart. Her characters draw me in deeply into their thoughts and feelings. Her stories manage to make me a mess and crave a little darkness in my life. She writes dark romance with such fire that you become engulfed in it. No one can write dark stories like Natasha Knight. She makes you become so invested in her stories and characters. She makes you become a slave to the pages that hold such menacing and powerful writing. She makes you hang on to every single word till they hit you straight in your heart.

With explosive and heart entrancing writing, Twisted is a soul bearing and dark tantalizing story full of intensity, twisted situations and a messed love that soaks you up from beginning. A spell binding suspense that makes your toe curl. A dark erotic that pulls you in. Inviting. Sexy. Emotionally Compelling. Twisted is a pulse hitting dark read filled with a roller coaster plot, intrigue and crazy and interesting characters that will give you a ride of your life. Buckle up, Twisted will take on a fast paced and full charge ride.

In Twisted, you are introduced to Amelia and Gregory, two messed up and scarred souls who find solace in each other. What starts as a captive/captor trope turns to love of two people who have been through pain and a messy past that truly shaped them. The chemistry is hot and dangerous. The push and pull tension so stirring that it pulls you deeper into the story. Gregory, a brooding, intense and dominant alpha anti-hero and Amelia, a strong and conflicted woman, come together as two complex characters who work.

Twisted is truly an interesting story. With a swift ending, you will definitely fall in love with the dark and disturbing tale. Definitely an enjoyable read if you love dark stories.

Gregory and Amelia's story was very much worth waiting for.

With it's defeated hero and damaged heroine this book had plenty of deliciously dark and dangerous moments to enjoy. Whilst it isn't the very darkest of reads, it did have enough grit to draw me in and hold my attention. Twisted is a great read, I was engaged by the plot, entranced by the writing and captivated by the protagonists.

I adored Gregory, even though he was a bit of an a-hole, in truth maybe a lot of one. Moreover he had a vulnerable side, a deprived and neglected little boy element, that meant you just couldn't help falling for him. Amelia was so easy to like, she wasn't the toughest of heroines, but she held her own and picked her battles wisely. Better still she was perfect for Gregory.

This unlikely pair somehow filled a need in the other, whilst also having their own wants met. I'm not quite sure how the author convinced me of the connection and eventual love between this pair, but she most certainly did. There was just something so special about them, an intangible but deeply emotional connection that bound their souls together.

Whilst this is an 18+ read due to sexual content, it is one I am only too happy to recommend to friends and family alike. Whilst it can be read as a standalone, it would be better enjoyed after reading Taken and Torn as these provide much needed backstory. I'd also love to see a book for Matteo, he really intrigued me, not to mention Ethan and Lucinda's stories don't yet seem complete!

Although Twisted is a standalone novel, to truly understand this one you need to have read the Dark Legacy duet. Our characters in this one were first introduced to us in the duet, and there are a lot of references made to events that occurred throughout the two books. Moreover, Twisted worked to answer the lingering questions from the Dark Legacy duet.

As always, Natasha Knight gives a quick read that has you addicted until the end. It’s a story you can power through, one that will leave you desperate to see how everything comes together. Although this one had me hooked and I completed it in no time at all, it’s not my favourite Natasha Knight read. As with the Dark Legacy duet, it held my attention, but I never fell as deeply in love with it as I could have.

I think a part of the reason I wasn’t crazy about this series was the way it could not decide upon the level of supernatural that was to be added. I love supernatural twists in a story, but it didn’t quite fit with this. It seemed to be there to add a little bit more to the story, but I much prefer it when we explore the supernatural more. Another reason I was a wee bit let down by this one was because I expected the story in Twisted to differ from the Dark Legacy duet. As it was, it felt too similar for my liking.

Overall, it was nice to get some answers to my lingering questions but Twisted is not my favourite Natasha Knight read.

Twisted by Natasha Knight
A curse, debt and a legacy. Or is it?
Gregory has left the island, damaged, marred, but determined to have his own Willow Girl and he has his sights set on Amelia. Amelia is different; she sees things and has a connection to the past. She also can’t forget the night of the choosing. She constantly sketches in her journal which seems to be part of a puzzle. Gregory has kept his eyes on her but the time has come, he wants his own Willow girl and he wants to be the monster she thinks he is. Amelia is vulnerable and confused by her emotions, but will fight him at every opportunity given, until she starts to see the real Gregory. It seems as though our protagonists are both damaged and lonely souls. I would love to tell you more, but I don’t want to give anything away. Ms Knight has given us another fantastic story. You will still hate Lucinda (why can’t that woman just die already?). Gregory is a sexy, intense enigma. I liked him more than Sebastian. Amelia was a complex character, sweet but curious and struggling with her own insecurities. Twisted, is a spinoff to The Dark Legacy Duet (Taken and Torn), I would recommend that you read both these before reading Twisted. Ms Knight has given us a perfect story for Gregory and Amelia.

There is dark and then there is disgusting.

Major spoilers ahead.

This story FOR ME was a hot mess. Maybe others might find it ok but I can’t get over the fact that H slept with heroines bff but in this case H slept with h Amy’s sister. Not only that he was obsessed and did everything for and whatever he said later to h were just excuses no matter how hard the author tries to say otherwise. Cherry on top OW h’s sister is pregnant and H for long time believes it might be his. Why didn’t they use condoms after all it wasn’t just once they shared her. All three of them could have caught STDs. In fact they should have and died IMO. At the end of this novel all importance is once again given to Helena, I think.
This weak pathetic h knows that, then see the proof with her own eyes and in the next scene he is telling her i love you then they are fucking and everything is ok . Just peachy. Like he didn’t keep secrets from her the entire time.

Just couldn’t get over the fact that he fucked her sister. This was major turn off for. On top of that both brothers shared her. H was obsessed with OW one minute and next minute was saying I love you to the h. Then they are ALL A HAPPY FAMILY. Just too much for me to bear. Seriously hated the h she was weak and pathetic.

These are my views others may or may not agree with me but to each his own.

don't know why i even bothered, the disappointment was real with this one.
gregory and amelia's story had so much potential, it made me mad to see the author not exploit that in a satisfactory way. none of this book made any sense, the lust between them two came out of nowhere, their relationship founded over nothing but gregory's desire to make helena pay (which wasn't it) and so many plot lines that went nowhere that i'm still thinking why they were even introduced in the first place. in other words, this was a mess.

Following on the heels of the tormented erotica duet series Dark Legacy, this features the unwanted "spare" Gregory Scafoni. For those who have not read the Dark Legacy series, this story will feel a bit incomplete, as if the reader is missing a piece to the puzzle. Whilst this can be read as a standalone, it is not advisable.

This tale flips between two different perspectives - Amelia and Gregory. Their families have been tied for generations and it's puzzling for me because if they are tied, would this not lead into inbreeding or is it the women are offered up as sexual slaves and then tossed aside. This is never explained in this book which leads me back to the recommendation of reading the Dark Legacy Duet first. This pondering aside, this story is trademark dub-con from Ms. Knight.

Amelia is a conflicted girl who at times come across a petulant. Her love for her sister Helena is complicated and shows throughout the story. Does she love or hate her sister? The emotions are so closely tied it at times Amelia can not figure it out herself. What she does know is that she wishes to be loved like her sister and it frightens her. From a character perspective, Amelia comes across a bit too juvenile for me to like.

Gregory is the quintessential anti-hero who is torn from the lover he wants to own, possess and cherish. This paragon of woman he wants to save is Amelia's sister, Helena. This makes it hard for Amelia and Gregory to determine if what they feel is for real or an echo of something they can never have.

This story moves slowly at times and picks up when Amelia fights Gregory only to sexual submit. Ms. Knight dances right on the line of non-con because at no point does Amelia ever say no. According to the current SJW, even if it is not vocalized, this is considered rape and non-con because Amelia holds no power. Regardless of the current rape culture outcries, the erotic parts are dirty, deviant and delicious. It is romanticized with just enough brutality blended with sweetness that makes it arousing. Well done.

The conflict in the story mixed with a bit of paranormal is a bit odd yet adds to the overall tale. The ending comes rather swift with a couple of nice epilogues. This dark erotica is recommended to romance readers who enjoy a bite to their romance.

I have to say, Twisted has kept me glued to the pages from start to finish, I loved it! I should also say that I won a copy of it and I haven't actually read Taken or Torn yet. Did this matter? Actually not at all for me. There are obviously details about the things that happened (in particular the reaping and the events on the island) from those books that I don't know much about, but I got the gist and these weren't integral to Twisted. This story was about Gregory and Amelia, who and where they are now, their situation, their pain, their longing and it was their time.

It is dark and twisted as the title suggests, but not overly so. Two characters broken by past actions and situations and what starts as an act of revenge by Gregory, spins his world on its axis when he learns what is inside Amelia's mind. Their attraction and chemistry is undeniably hot, but these are two people who should not be together....aren't they?

I may not know in depth what broke these two characters, but Natasha Knight's writing is so good that I felt every bit of their emotion, pain, anger and fear and loved how they grew to realise they held each other's broken parts through acceptance, understanding, forgiveness and most of all love.

Fantastic story that has intrigued the hell out of me for what happened before. I've seen the future, now I'm going to catch up on the past, Sebastian and Helena, here I come!!

If like me you don't mind seeing the future knowing you can catch up on the finer details later, then there is no reason why you couldn't read this first and love it as I have. If you need all those details and intricate bits of knowledge then please read Taken and Torn first. However you read them, enjoy this wonderful authors stories, I can highly recommend this - five stars

Wow! Before I say any more if you haven’t read the Duet Taken and Torn you really should before reading Twisted. There are many references which will make more sense if you have. These books are so worth it!

It all began with a barbaric ritual between the Scafoni and Willow families. The last reaping tore a gaping hole in the Scafoni family. Brothers and sons were ready to tear each other’s throats out. Members were disowned, scattering to lick their wounds.

This is Gregory’s story, he implemented his own devious plot to win a Willow girl. Who knew their story would unfold through the pages of a sketchbook. Betrayal is a heinous crime and he has been betrayed by too many members of his own family and those he thinks are close. In the dark of night, his demons are burned to ashes.

Amelia has been left flailing ever since the reaping took place. Unable to cope with the archaic agreement and missing her sister, she leaves her family. She finds herself backed into a corner with very little choices. All she has in life are her sketches, the pictures that are etched in her mind. Amelia is shrouded in a darkness that glows brightly within. Until he takes her, but things are never as they seem. Although she’s being drawn toward the truth she can’t see through the fog.

I wanted Gregory to get his own story, his own Willow Girl and Knight delivered.
If you haven't read the first two books might I suggest you go no further- without that background of events nothing that happens within these pages will have any real impact
You will not understand the depth of betrayal that Gregory feels towards his brother and why
You will not comprehend the almost painful need that drives his desires to acquire and own a Willow Girl
The wraiths that haunt the edges of the darkness will make no sense
Amelia will be just another girl
And this will be just another story

For the rest of us - I went in with so many allusions as to how this would play out - Nothing prepared me for what unfolded- This was a beautifully detailed romance that brought the reader past the darkness
This did not have the physical darkness we experienced at the beginning of the series - This was more. This was Gregory raw and unabridged - It answered so many questions for me. Amelia I never even saw coming! There were so many ghosts that needed to be laid to rest.

I still have a lot of questions that need to be answered - We have an HFN - But what about little Scafonis? What about Ethan? Mom? Come on like you don't want to know what she did? What happened to her?

4.5 devious stars!!

This is a stand alone book which is like a spin off of “Dark Legacy Duet”, which was Helena and Sebastian’s story. Though I will say Gregory was a huge part in their duet. Like I said this is a total stand alone but to be honest I don’t think this book would feel as whole without reading the other two.

“...Breaking. Broken. Beautiful. A broken monster and an angel in one.”

I knew I was going to fucking love Gregory and Amy’s story. Two broken souls. Amazing!! I think I actually like their story a little better then Helena and Sebastian.

Gregory drives me up a wall. I could always see this other side of him but he could be a raving asshole. Amy seemed like she was broke when I would read parts of her in the other books. But I didn’t realize she is Gregory’s counterpart. This is a definite enemies to lovers.

This author does an amazing job of making you love and hate the same person. She is so descriptive and these houses they are just gorgeous. I can picture every room and every person. This is a great read!!

**I received this book as an ARC and in return gave my honest review**

After I read Taken and Torn, I wanted Gregory's story so bad. And now, Natasha Knight has delivered his book perfectly. Gregory and Amelia are two broken and twisted souls. I was hooked from the first page and basically read this in one evening! The emotions were gripping and will keep the reader engrossed. I really can't say to much without giving spoilers but I will say that you MUST read Taken and Torn first. If you don't, you will be lost as to how Gregory and Amelia come together. It's dark, it's delicious and oh so depraved but if you are a lover of dark romance, this will be the book for you. This whole little series will be one of my favorites of this year!!!!
