Harmans Water Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and committed teacher who has a real passion for inclusion to work in our Specialist Resource Provision – The Hive. You will be working with a class of 7 children with a range of specific learning difficulties including ASD, Moderate Learning Difficulties and SEMH difficulties. You should be an expert in meeting the needs of all pupils and have the passion, knowledge and expertise to ensure that every student has the opportunity to make consistent progress and reach their potential. You will motivate pupils to strive for success while maintaining a positive and vibrant learning environment for all children within the school.

The role will be varied and interesting, with no two days the same. You will be key in how we grow our provision, making the setting attractive to other schools who will have the opportunity to send their children here.
The successful candidate will join a team who are passionate about engaging and inspiring young people in their learning. We are looking for an individual who is a strong team player but can use their initiative and contribute to raising standards across the school.
Harmans Water Primary School is a well-resourced primary school with a Nursery, extensive outside space and our own Specialist Resource Provision – The Hive. The current leadership team are passionate about improving the quality of education at Harmans Water as well as ensuring high standards of behaviour, positive attitudes and opportunities for personal development.
The school is located in Harmans Water which is on the outskirts of Bracknell town and is within very easy access of many amenities. The 'Look Out’ environmental area, Bracknell Sports Centre and Swimming Pool, the Berkshire Racquets and Health Club, the South Hill Park Theatre & Arts Centre are all well within walking distance with skating, skiing, bowling, cinemas and a leisure pool nearby.
