Hook House refurbishment

Hook House

The Hook House community centre based at the Holderness Estate has undergone a complete makeover during the recent lockdown. This was funded by the National Lottery.  The premises now have a multi -purpose media room with interactive smart board, podcast and streaming room, in addition to a modern fitted kitchen.

Since the beginning of the pandemic the centre has provided a foodbank to local residents which has proved very popular. This service was made possible with the assistance of volunteers who live locally and have access to the centre. There is a drop in session between 10:30am and 12:30pm every Wednesday.

Hall bookings are available from 21 June 2021 when restrictions are expected to be lifted. Please see here for full details or  email
