The Get Connected course empowers learners to gain the digital skills needed to confidently use the internet. Learn how to set up social media accounts, use different apps or improve your skills with email and other online tools.

As part of work to improve health and wellbeing services for residents, we are having short group conversations involving local people over Zoom on Tuesday, 8. Wednesday, 9 and Thursday, 10 March. This is an opportunity to help shape future services for local people, in a friendly and relaxed environment. Â
The following questions below will be asked at the meeting
- What does good health and wellbeing mean to you?
- What support, services and activities are needed locally to improve the  health of residents?
- How can we make them easier to access?

We want to make it easier to contact us about repairs and out-of-hours services for your home. We know you've got some really valuable experience which will help us to do this.Â

We are excited to launch our new Housing Repairs online service. The service, called My Repairs will allow housing tenants to request and manage housing repairs using new functionality within the housing online portal. You can use My Repairs to:
- View 12 months of repairs history and full details including repair status, description, location, appointment day and time, contractor, and completion day.Â
- Report a new repair
- Select a repair appointmentÂ
- Update repair appointments to re-schedule the repair or change the order
This is one of many improvements we are making to our services to make things easier for residents as part of our digital investment in housing, we will be adding more features to housing online next year to continue making things simpler and easier for you to find and use the services you need.
How to use My Repairs
It is really easy and simple to use, all you have to do is log into your tenant account online and click on the âMy Repairsâ box. If you need to order a new repair these are the steps you need to take:
- Log in to your Tenant account
- Click on the âMy repairsâ tile
- Click on âReport a repair for this propertyâÂ
- Read the instructions and then click on âReport a repairâ
- Use the tool to identify exactly what needs repairing
- Add any information that will help the contractor to better understand your problem
- Select the day and slot for your appointment
While youâre having a look around the site, please try all the new features and let us know what you think: what works and what doesnât work. You can give us feedback and ask any questions you have using this form.
We welcome your feedback to help make the service the best it can be. If you find that it isnât working as you would expect, please tell us - we will use your feedback to make changes and fix issues.

The Prince of Walesâs Charitable Fund (PWCF) has re-opened its Small Grants Programme to registered not-for-profit organisations supporting grassroots projects in diverse and deprived communities across the UK.
Grants of up to ÂŁ5,000 are available (the average award is ÂŁ1,500) to organisations with an income of up to ÂŁ1 million to support a wide range of good causes within the PWCFâs core funding themes:
- Heritage & ConservationÂ
- Education
- Health & Wellbeing
- Social Inclusion
- Environment and Countryside
Multi-year small grants will be considered. Priority will be given to organisations of which HRH The Prince of Wales is Patron. Applications can be made at any time and will be considered by the Small Grant committee at their next quarterly meeting in May 2022. Â
