The comfort and protection of our visitors, volunteers and staff members remains our priority and we will be continuing with a range of mitigation measures.
Face Coverings
Wearing a face covering is now a personal choice but please be aware that you will be coming to a busy environment and choosing to wear one is the best way to protect yourself and those around you. As face coverings are no longer mandatory, we will not be able to challenge those who choose not to wear one and we ask everyone to be kind and respectful to other visitors and our team.
Book with confidence
If you are unwell with Covid-19 symptoms, or have tested positive for Covid-19, in line with government advice we strongly encourage you to self-isolate, contact the Box Office ahead of the performance start time and a transfer or credit to your Corn Exchange account for the full value of the ticket (excluding the booking fee) will be offered. Please ensure you do this before the event start time as we cannot offer exchanges or credits retrospectively.
For tickets booked on or after Thursday 27 January 2022, we will offer to transfer your tickets or credit your Corn Exchange account with the value of your ticket (excluding booking fee).
For tickets booked before Thursday 27 January we will offer you a transfer, refund or credit to your Corn Exchange account (excluding the booking fee) as per our terms and conditions at the time of your booking.
Seating
The events in our auditorium are on sale in the standard, full capacity configuration. As a publicly funded organisation we want to ensure everyone, including those who are disabled or clinically extremely vulnerable, can attend if they wish. If you would like to come to a performance but would not be able to attend unless a space was left either side, please contact our Box Office team to discuss your booking.
