Delivered in collaboration with experts from Velindre Cancer Centre, this course is tailored to the learning needs of healthcare professionals who are based in the community (eg primary care teams, other community based health care professionals) who are interested in learning more about oncology issues which might be encountered in primary care.

This multi- professional day course is ideal for GPs and primary/community based health care teams from a wide range of professional groups but will be relevant to any community based clinical staff who regularly work with cancer patients.
What you’ll learn
Delivered by an expert team of doctors and nurses, the course will provide learning updates on crucial oncology topics and details on how the pandemic has altered traditional treatment regimes.
The course will also focus on communication skills and support clinical staff who have challenging clinical conversations with patients.
