Thank you for your interest in hosting a virtual conference session. Please complete this form with outline information on your proposed session. The information you provide will be used by the Wales Climate Week team to assess whether a suitable session slot can be made available within the programme. 

When you have received confirmation that your session can be accommodated within the programme, the short description you have provided within the application form will be used to for inclusion in the published virtual conference programme. However should you wish to edit your session description at a later date, then this can be arranged by contacting the Wales Climate Week team.
