Water Framework Directive River Basin Management Plan Cycle 2 intertidal saltmarsh classification data used for the Marine Strategy Framework Directive Article 8 biodiversity assessments for the UK Regional Seas. The WFD saltmarsh method statement and classification tool (‘Saltmarsh Tool_SKIPPER_ v1.0_UKTAG.xls’) used to calculate WFD Ecological Quality Ratios are available at http://www.wfduk.org/resources/transitional-and-coastal-waters-saltmarsh.
