Terms and Conditions
1 The name of this promotion is ‘Up to $10k to get you on your way’ (“the Promotion”). The Promotion excludes our promotional range of homes.
2 The promoter of the Promotion is SSB Group Pty Ltd t/a Dreamstart Homes (“Promoter”).
3 This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Promotion Period
4 The Promotion commences from 1st July 2019 and runs until 31st December 2019 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
5 To be eligible for the Promotion, a person (“the Applicant”) must:
5.1 engage the building services of the Promoter;
5.2 enter into an unconditional building contract with the Promoter (not including the Promoter’s promotional range of homes, which is excluded from the Promotion), at a date after the commencement date of this Promotion and within the Promotion Period; and
5.3 utilise the services of Finance 365, as its broker, in order to obtain finance for the building contract entered into with the Promoter.
6 Should there be two or more persons that enter into one (1) building contract with the Promoter, for the purposes of the Promotion they are to be viewed as one Applicant (and therefore only eligible to one payment of up to $10,000).
Payment
7 As part of the Promotion, the Promoter will provide eligible Applicants (whom it alone will select at its absolute discretion) with up to $10,000 lump sum payment (Promotion Amount). This can occur in one of the following ways as determined by the Promoter:
7.1 the Promotion Amount being paid to a bank account nominated by the Applicant at slab down; or
7.2 the Promotion Amount being provided to the Applicant’s settlement agent to be used as supplementary deposit at settlement; or
7.3 the Promotion Amount being paid to aid in reducing existing debts at a time agreed to by the Promoter and the Applicant.
8 In the event the whole or part of the Promotion Amount is not used by the Applicant, the whole amount or balance (as applicable) will be forfeited by the Applicant.
Termination
9 In the event the Applicant subsequently terminates the building contract with the Promoter, or the Promoter cancels the building contract due to a breach of the contract by the Applicant or otherwise, the Applicant agrees, regardless of the reason of termination, to refund to the Promoter the full value of the Promotion Amount within thirty (30) days of termination of the building contract.
Other
10 Through this Promotion, the Promoter makes no representation whatsoever about an Applicant’s eligibility for finance. The Promoter is not a licensed credit provider and cannot provide financial services.
11 Applicants are encouraged to seek independent financial or legal advice.
12 This Promotion may be terminated by the Promoter at any time without notice. The Promoter reserves the right to otherwise change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion, without notice.
13 Finance 365 is an authorized credit representative of Finsure Finance and Insurance Pty Ltd 2012 Australian Credit License 384704 and is not associated with the Promoter.
