I have a promo code, where do I enter the details?
A valid promo code will remove the £55 cost. You will need to select your preferred date and time and follow the booking process. You will be asked to enter your Promo Code at the basket stage. Please note that promo codes are case sensitive. If your promo code does not apply the discount you were expecting, please contact innovation@humankindcharity.org.uk for assistance.

What if I can't make the session I book, will I still be charged?
Within the Terms and Conditions there is a section on our cancellation policy. Any changes to an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a part refund (50%) or one session used from a free scheme area. We will send you a reminder email 2 days before your booking giving you an opportunity to change the booking if needed. Please ensure you enter a valid email address to receive these reminders notifications.

Will you send me loads of marketing material?
We will not send you any marketing emails unless you opt in to receive these when you create your account. Our marketing emails will let you know about special offers/discounts on sessions and we will not sell your data to any third party. If you sign up to receive these emails and change your mind you can easily update this preference on your profile settings or contact innovation@humankindcharity.org.uk

I was told my sessions would be free but it says £55?
If you live in an area that has signed up to free sessions then you will not have to pay the £55 fee shown. In order to access the sessions for free you need to follow the booking process and you will be asked to enter your promo code at the basket stage. A valid promo code will apply the full discount. Please note promo codes are case sensitive. If the promo code does not apply the discount you expected please contact innovation@humankindcharity.org.uk for assistance.

Can I use a promo code I found online?
If you find a promo code online please be sure that you meet the criteria for using that code otherwise you may have your session cancelled by the booking team.
Anyone in the UK can pay for sessions with DrinkCoach. Some Local Authority areas have funded free sessions for their residents. If you are not sure if your area is covered by free sessions you can email innovation@humankindcharity.org.uk
