Our training is as innovative and precisely designed as our products. You’ll spend most of your time learning from one of our experts in the business but will also attend a week long residential programme in the Lake District. You’ll take part in a series of activities both indoors and outdoors, helping you to develop both personally and professionally. You can take advantage of some of the development programmes we offer outside of the schemes and, if you have ambitions to achieve at a higher level or work towards professional accreditations, we will help make this happen. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in community activities and become a STEM ambassador.
