Elbert Dijkgraaf

Elbert Dijkgraaf is Professor of Empirical economics of the public sector at Erasmus University Rotterdam, is fellow of the Tinbergen Institute and visiting professor at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Elbert has eight years of experience as member of the Dutch House of Representatives and has been a member of the commissions Economics, Agriculture, Finance, Social Affairs, Education, Defense, Development Cooperation and European Affairs. His expertise concentrates on topics around competition and environment. He has been involved in scientific and contract research in the field of waste, energy, water, healthcare and education.
