We are delighted to announce the dataset workshop “Resourcing international organizations: New insights from the Earmarked Funding Dataset“, to be held at the University of Glasgow in early December 2023. The workshop marks an important step to gather scholars working on the resourcing of international organizations, following a call for papers earlier this year.

Call for papers (closing 3 March 2023): Submissions can cover any aspect of the resourcing of international organizations but must use the Earmarked Funding Dataset. This will ensure a coherent set of papers that support submission toward a special issue.

Accepted authors will obtain pre-launch access to the Earmarked Funding Dataset. We offer to help bring together scholars who would like to start a project using the data. Authors will work on their proposals over the summer. Full paper submissions will be expected by 27 November 2023.

Dataset workshop (4-5 December 2023): Authors will present their papers at a dataset workshop in Glasgow. There will be ample opportunities for feedback from the EFIO team and field experts. This workshop website will have the up-to-date workshop program.
