What’s the purchase process?

See the full guide below, but when speaking to a Retailer, you’ll need to inform them immediately of your eligibility to the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Affinity Scheme as an CWU Member.

Then, following confirmation of a new vehicle order, an Approval Code must be obtained. This should be applied for by completing the online application form at www.fiatgroupsales.com - please select ‘Fiat Group Supplier, Affinity or Armed Forces’ from the dropdown menu and follow the steps, entering ‘CWU’ in the company details section.

You will receive an email with your unique Approval Code. Please forward the email to your Retailer, or, if applicable, to your relative, for onward supply to their supplier. The Retailer will then be able to order and register the new vehicle.

Full purchase process

1. Select the model of interest, generally by consulting price guide or by visiting a Retailer.
2. Inform the Retailer immediately of your eligibility to the ‘Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Affinity Scheme’ as a member of CWU.
3. Discuss your requirements with the Retailer, including a test drive, finance and part exchange value if required.
4. Following confirmation of a new vehicle order, an Approval Code must be obtained. This should be applied for by completing the online application form at www.fiatgroupsales.com. Select FCA Group Supplier, Affinity or Armed Forces and proceed with your voucher request.
5. Details required for application are simply your name and home address, job title, CWU membership number (in the employee payroll number field) and the model being purchased. If the customer is a relative, the voucher should be applied for by you, providing their name and home address, (in addition to your own), the relationship and vehicle ordered. In the Company Details section please add ‘CWU’.
6. You will then receive an email with your unique Approval Code. Please forward the email to your Retailer, or, if applicable, to your relative, for onward supply to their supplier.
7. The Retailer is then able to order and register the new vehicle
