The speaker will be leading Scottish family lawyer, Judith Higson who will speak about the benefits taking the stress and acrimony out of sepratation and divorce.

Judith is Head of the Family Law Team and Executive Director at Scullion LAW. Judith is a Legal 500 UK Recommended lawyer and has been practising family law for over 20 years. She is an Accredited Family Law and Child Law Specialist, an Accredited Mediator and collaborative lawyer. Judith’s approach is pragmatic and one which is in the best interests of the children. She works proactively to deal with all aspects of family law to minimise disruption to the family as whole.
