Once a ticket is in your basket, you will have time to add your card details. 2. Robinson May Ball cannot guarantee a full refund if our Ball is cancelled. We will make every effort to refund any recoverable or unused funds on a pro rata basis. 3. The organiser shall not be liable to refund tickets to Ticket buyers for the failure to provide the event, if such failure is caused by or results from acts beyond the organiser’s control, including: (a) Acts of God; (b) a pandemic, which shall be deemed to include an endemic or any covid-19 related restrictions; (d) if the condition of the location of the event deteriorates to the extent that holding the event there is no longer possible; (e) any natural disaster; (f) strikes, labour stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances; (g) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not); and (h) terrorist or criminal conduct threatening the security of the event and/or location of the event. 4. Any tickets purchased under false information will be cancelled without a refund. 5. Tickets prices include a non-refundable processing fee for each ticket. This is listed on the ticket price. 6. Members may buy one member/alumni ticket for themselves only. Members and alumni may not buy or transfer tickets for non-members. 7. College and University Members should have their CRSID on hand to enter at the checkout. Please contact the Alumni Office if you have forgotten your CRSID. We will check your CRSID against your name on our database. 8. If a non-member attempts to buy or use an alumni or member ticket using another person's ID, the ticket will be refunded and a non-member ticket will not be issued. 9. Tickets may not be resold for profit under any circumstances. We will cancel any ticket without a refund if we suspect it has been resold. 10. The deadline for ticket name changes is 1st of June 2023. 11. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
