Early Career Teachers (ECT) Experiences Survey
My name is Ziggi and I am currently undertaking the final dissertation module of my MA in Education and Leadership. I am keen to hear from anyone who completed their initial teacher training in 2021, whether you are currently undertaking your Early Careers Training or not. I am trying to gather responses around ECT experiences and the impact this may have on keeping ECTs in the teaching profession. I am therefore keen to hear from teachers currently in their ECT year. All responses will remain anonymous. For any question that is not applicable to your situation, please just write N/A. The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes, but your time and honesty with answers is invaluable. Thank you for your time and participation.
