Physiotherapy for persistent back pain

The aim of this survey is to increase our understanding of current UK Physiotherapy management of persistent back pain and the role of belief and behaviour change. Any UK physiotherapist, who treats people with back pain at least once a month in any setting, is welcome to take part.  The questionnaire consists of 13 multiple questions and should only take 10 minutes. It does not ask questions that could identify you as an individual or are likely to cause offence or distress. No identifiable data will be collected by the investigator or google forms.

If you are interested in taking part, please download a copy of the participant information sheet using this link:

and retain this for your records before starting the survey. If you have any questions, please email or call myself, Richard Webber, at rwebber2@sheffield.ac.uk,  0144 23710130

Your participation is entirely voluntary and you are free to omit any questions. You can withdraw from the survey at any point by not answering any further questions.  Your answers will only be included in the final results if you tick “yes” to the consent question at the end of the questionnaire.
