Year 6 Leavers Hoody 2021
Please use this order form to order your Christ Church Junior School leavers hoody for 2021.

Hoody Style £19.50

-Light grey with green school logo on the right side front.  Dark green print to match school colours
-Students own name will appear in large letters above the '21' on back of hoody.  Everyones name will appear in the '21'. NB: we will only show names of students who have brought a hoody due to data protection regulations and parental consent.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, details below.  These will also be  emailed to you upon completion of this form.  £19.50

Deadline for orders is 1st July.  No orders can be accepted after this date.

Adult sizing (approx.) - XS - size 8, Small - size 10, Medium - 12, Large - 14
