Since its launch in 2016 CAMentrepreneurs has held more than 60 events in Boston, Cambridge, Dubai, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Helsinki, Houston, Lisbon London, Oxford, Paris, New York, Shanghai, Sydney, Vancouver and Warsaw, and we partner with organisations like London Business School, LSE, Imperial and Judge Business School.

CAMentrepreneurs operates on a TED -> TEDx model, in that we only launch a group when there are people in the location who want to take the lead in getting a group off the ground and there is sufficient interest.

Our approach to events is described in a presentation here and in a video here

Our official group is here https://www.alumni.cam.ac.uk/group/camentrepreneurs

We  launched our own private social network in April 2021 https://camentrepreneurs.mn.co so you can network with other members without sharing your data with Facebook or Linkedin.

About the group

This volunteer run alumni group aims to support business and social entrepreneurship, enabling alumni to:

a) interact  with entrepreneurial students
b) network with like-minded alumni.
c) otherwise get involved as a founder, investor, mentor, speaker, client, vendor, or team member.

3. To celebrate and value entrepreneurial success.

4, To work with and encourage existing alumni associations to include entrepreneurship support in their activities.

5. To provide a business friendly environment where students from different universities can meet and get to know each other, and develop their networks.
