The table below lists all the vocabularies available in the OMOP Standardized Vocabularies. Vocabularies are either imported from the authoring organization indicated in parentheses, or authored by the OHDSI Vocabulary Working Group. The vast majority of vocabularies containing medical facts and entities belong to the former, while OHDSI-authored vocabularies are mostly for administrative and organizational purposes.
