Similar if not the same issue as eprints/eprints#424

Looks to be due to XML::LibXML::DocumentFragment not being cloned at the right time in perl_lib/EPrints/XML/EPC.pm _process_pin method, so subsequent use does not have a instance of the DocumentFragment that can be used.
