Mason Dillon is a chef with an interview at the Venetian for his job with Professional Party Planners. He knows he can't mess this up as there is so much on the line but when he mistakenly things his interviewer should be a male has he lost all of his chances?
Lucian McGrace is a member of the 313 Gang but is more importantly known as the Ice Queen. She has grown up to make something of herself even if it is with the underworld. Yet she still has dues to pay and in her line of work anything can happen.
Will Lucian find what she wants with Mason and can she keep on top of her business before Big Heavy comes to collect?
I liked the book and story but found it didn't grab me the way I had hoped and found it was trying to accomplish almost too much in a short amount of time.
I liked Mason and found it entertaining with his first meeting with Lucian and how he reacted and almost cost himself a job. He was willing to do whatever it took to get the job and that was evident by a few things he was willing to do for her, especially at the end.
I loved that Lucian was successful in a "man's" world but it was evident she still had some major issues going on. I found it interesting that she had to meet Hector and what happened there. I wasn't surprised she wanted Mason to be her sub but I was shocked at the Trina thing and I don't think I have figured Lucian out yet.
So many people wanted a piece of Lucian but it is clear that she has found herself in trouble and now has to find a way out!

I really like this book, but for me it seemed to be missing something. There are so many secrets that sometimes you get a little lost in what is trying to be kept hidden.
I LOVED that Lucian was a Queenpin and I loved how she came from nothing. Her lifestyle is super interesting, especially the club and Mason. Mason’s addition to this book is really special. I love how he is totally clueless about the life that Lucian lives and has basically gets ambushed by this whole new world. Between these two there were a ton of secrets. So many that I sometimes was a little confused about what was doing on
I am so curious our Katie and her roll in this book though. Raul too, he’s definitely someone who has multiple roles and doesn’t like that he got a boot from one of the many scenarios with Lucian. I can’t wait until the next book comes out and hopefully some of the secrets will be revealed

QueenPin by Eden Rose is an awesome read. This is the first book in the Syndicate series. This is the story of Lucian and Mason. Lucian is the QueenPin of the 313 gang in Detroit. She is also a Dom and runs a BDSM club. Mason is a chef. They meet when Mason applies for the chef position for the private rooms at the club. There is immediate chemistry between them but Lucian fights it because of her past. Will Mason submit to her? Will her past come back to haunt her and ruin any chance she has? This book has gangs, violence, drugs, BDMS, suspense, twists and turns. This book ends on a cliffhanger. I loved this book and recommend it. I can’t wait to read the next book by Ms. Rose.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. This was my first book by this author and I’m excited to see what she has in store for Lucian and Mason. These two meet when he applies for a position as a chef for one of the private rooms at the club. She’s the QueeenPin for the 313 gang in Detroit and runs a BDSM club. The attraction and chemistry between them is incredible, but will Lucian take him on as a submissive and explore the feelings between them? Or will she let her past ruin her future? Great read, highly recommend this book.

This story started slow for me and it took a while for me to get in the flow of it. Lucian is a female rocking it in a male world and she knows she can't slip up. Mason is far from a submissive but thats sure what Lucien wants him to be but he puts a fight several times. I still can't believe that she pushes him as she does but I will say he stands up way more than I figured he would. That ending was a cliffy for sure.

Contrary to her name, Lucian is a hardened female. She’s had to work hard to rise to power and will do whatever it takes to maintain her position. Unfortunately, with power their will always be those trying to undermine you. This is a different take on this type of story. It’s nice to see a woman in power. This story could use another round of edits but the content is strong and the story is worth reading. Overall a good job and a fun read.

Lucian is the Queenpin of the 313 gang and a successful business owner. She hasn’t been on the right side of the law since she was a kid, it’s the life she has lived since. While interviewing chefs for the private rooms in her club one stands out and not just for his skills in the kitchen either but will Mason be able to handle her life or turn his back on it?? 🖤🖤

Lucian is a female living in a male dominated world of drugs and gangs. She breaks all stereotypes when she is a Queenpin for the 313 gang in Detroit and also runs a BDSM club where she meets Mason who is applying for the head chef job in the private rooms. Mason doesn’t come across as a submissive but when Lucian barks orders at him he is putty in her hands. Will she explore this chemistry between the two of them or will she let her past rule her?

This book is really interesting to me. I love to see woman take on more Dominant roles in books, and the leading lady in this book does that and more. She's a kick pass don't need anyone kind of women and I absolutely love her.

Good story. Ends a cliffhanger.
Lucian is a lady mob boss. Mason is the new chef at her club and becomes her new sub. I like how the roles are reversed. There a danger with a traitor Lucian's gang. I like the plot and the action. There are triggers.

This was my first book I read by Eden which I was lucky to read the ARC of it which I really did enjoy it. It caught me from the first page to the last.. I know I am going be checking out more of her books which I can't wait to see what will happen in Lucian and Mason story🖤🖤🖤
