Hello,

I was wondering if CRIMSON is able to apply a patient-specific velocity profile as an inlet condition based on 4D Flow MRI data? Am I able to use the PC_MRI module to extract the profile out of 4D MRI data?

Thank you,

Hi Davis,

CRIMSON does not currently process 4D flow data I'm afraid - it only supports 2D PC-MRI data.

Best wishes,
Chris

Hello Davis

If you have a way of sub sampling the 4d flow data into 2d planes (single component through plane velocity only) then you should be able to use the tool.

Hello Alberto,

Thank you for the response. I will look into sub-sampling the 4d flow data.
