Webinar 3: Economics, forest operations and technology –

University of Eastern Finland, in collaboration with the University of Maine and the Michigan State University, will present a four-part webinar series focused on Forestry in Finland and northern US. The third webinar deals with economics, forest operations and technology, including the journey from logging to the value product examples via mechanization and machine operations. The speakers are Kalle Kärhä (University of Eastern Finland), Charlie Becker (Lyme Great Lakes Timberlands) and Dana Doran (Maine Loggers Association).

The event will be organized online. Participant information and the links will be sent to participants a few days before the webinar by email.
