Shops flooded as Storm Ciarán strikes Tuscany

Extensive flooding can been seen in video from Tuscany, after Storm Ciarán struck Italy on Thursday.

Large areas of the region have been hit by flooding, leaving three elderly people dead and six others missing, as heavy winds and rain battered central Italy.
